Group Coaching for Growth
Learning in a group setting transforms the thinking of all involved.

Sharing our journey and supporting each other is incredibly powerful.

In my group coaching participants support each other and learn together. A big part of this is to hone your active listening skills and your ability to ask great questions.

I limit my group coaching pods to three participants. This ensures that each person gets heard and seen and receives the maximum benefit from each session.

I'm following the Action Learning Sets methodology which means that each participant will be coached and also coach others. You can find out more below.
Action Learning Sets
Action Learning Sets brings together a small groups of individuals who come together to tackle their individual challenges.

My role is to facilitate the group, ensure that it adopts active, attentive listening and provides a supportive confidential environment.

The goal is for the group to ask questions that help the thinker understand the issue and identify the actions they take forward. We do this with open questions.

Through this process, group members gain new insights, perspectives, and skills, leading to significant personal and professional growth.
How does Group Coaching work?
Group sessions are 1.5 hours long and are limited to three participants.
